ADHD assessment

QbCheck

Great Minds is proud to offer QbCheck, an FDA-cleared, computer-based assessment that objectively measures the core symptoms of ADHD, which are hyperactivity, impulsivity, and inattention. Available both remotely and in a clinical setting, QbCheck provides a convenient, reliable, and evidence-based tool to support comprehensive ADHD evaluations and personalized treatment planning.

Payment opens our secure Stripe page. Within 24 hours of payment, usually within 1 to 2 hours, we email you your QbCheck access link and testing instructions. You complete the test remotely on your own and your results are emailed to you. No appointment is needed. We receive your name, phone number, and email as your QbCheck request so we can send the link. Date of birth and sex stay on this device.

A personalized treatment plan

An individualized treatment approach based on your evaluation and goals. Medication decisions depend on the evaluation, clinical history, and treatment needs, so nothing is automatic.

Ongoing follow-up and medication management

Follow-up care to monitor progress and adjust the plan when appropriate, with ongoing monitoring of effectiveness, tolerability, and treatment goals. Supportive therapy is incorporated when clinically appropriate.

With nearly 20 years of healthcare experience, she provides compassionate, evidence-based outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults.

Her practice focuses on psychiatric evaluations, medication management, supportive therapy, and telepsychiatry, with an individualized approach that considers each patient's needs, goals, and lifestyle.

She commonly works with individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma-related concerns, OCD, and other outpatient psychiatric concerns.

Great Minds requires a minimum of six months of continuous treatment engagement before documentation or forms, such as letters or paperwork requiring provider certification, can be completed for a patient.
